It is a quiet, communicative, well-developed neighbourhood and is among the preferred places for living.

LOCATION: Beli Brezi is located in southern  Sofia in the close proximity of South Park.  It is situated between three big boulevards - Bulgaria, Gotse Delchev and Tsar Boris III. The region has good infrastructure including buses, trolleys and trams providing fast transportation to the other parts of Sofia.

DESCRIPTION: Beli Brezi is a unique combination of old and new construction. Old buildings include single-family houses and high-rise blocks built in the 80s, which have central heating and are concentrated in the southern part of the quarter  near Bulgaria and Gotse Delchev boulevards.

New construction works in this quarter started after 1990. Some of the most eminent construction companies have erected, or are building at the moment, blocks of flats in the region. Some of the new blocks also have central heating. The streets most attractive for investors and construction companies are Nishava ( from Bulgaria Blvd. to Doyran Str), Haydushka gora, Lerin, Smarch.
There are several kindergartens in the quarter. The biggest one is at 27 Bitolya Str, close to Gotse Delchev Blvd. There is no school in the quarter itself, but the Comprehensive High School No. 34 and the English Language Teaching School are nearby, as well as the Sofia Language High School (34 Rodopski Izvor Str.), and Comprehensive High School No. 36 (35 Pirinski Prohod Str.). The Primary School No. 127 is at the crossroads of Bulgaria and Gotse Delchev Blvds.

There are many small stores in the neighbourhood, and two FAMILIA supermarkets at Kystendil Str. next to Ruchey Square. There is a new SHELL gas station and FAMILIA supermarket at Bulgaria Blvd. KKrasno selo market place is close at hand.
